WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME?

Check-In time begins at 4 pm/Check-Out time is 11 am.

DO YOU OFFER SMOKING ROOMS?

No.

WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT POLICY?

Upon check-in, guests will be charged room, facilities fee, tax, + 50 per night for incidentals.

We do not accept cash deposits.

DO YOU OFFER AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE?

No.

ALARM CLOCKS?

Yes, wake up service is also available through the hotel operator.

DO HOTEL GUESTS HAVE INTERNET ACCESS?

Basic WiFi access is available throughout the property.

COFFEE MAKERS?

Yes, all rooms and suites are equipped with coffee makers. In addition, the Coffee Kiosk at Sportsmans’ Paradise Café is open Sunday – Wednesday, from 7:00am – 10:00pm, and
Friday – Saturday from 7:00am – 2:00am.

CRIBS/ROLLAWAY BEDS?

Rollaway beds and children’s play pens may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply. Certain restrictions apply.

WHAT OTHER STANDARD AMENITIES ARE OFFERED IN YOUR HOTEL ROOMS?

All of our rooms and suites offer hair dryers, irons/ironing boards, refrigerators, cable TV with Pay-Per-View, and in-room safes.

WHAT IS THE CHARGE FOR MORE THAN 2 ADULTS IN A ROOM?

Hotel room rates are based on single/double occupancy. The fee for each additional occupant (aged 13 years and older) is $15.00 per night. The maximum number of people per room is 4.

WHAT IS THE GAMBLING AGE?

The gambling age is 21; valid identification is required.

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO CHECK INTO THE HOTEL?

Because Bally’s Shreveport is a gaming establishment, guests must be 21 to check into a hotel room.

DO YOU HAVE CHILDCARE?

We do not provide childcare.

WHAT IS YOUR HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY?

We require 24-hour notice prior to your arrival date for a full refund.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS IN THE HOTEL?

Pet Policy
As part of our commitment to provide the highest level of service to our guests, Bally’s Shreveport is proud to welcome canines (max. two per room). All canines receive complimentary accommodations while staying with their owners.
Please note the following pet policy. Upon registration, we require a signed pet policy agreement and $50 non-refundable pet fee.

Two dog limit per guestroom
Well socialized, domesticated dogs (non-aggressive breeds)
Dogs must be free of ticks and fleas
Please prevent your dog from barking or otherwise disturbing other guests. In the event Bally’s Shreveport incurs any loss of business or compensation is required for another guest due to noise complaints, those charges will be applied accordingly to your account.
Dogs must be on a leash at all times while in the hotel public areas.
Dogs are not permitted in the hotel restaurants, bars, casino or any other public areas, with the exception of arrival and departure through the main hotel lobby.
We encourage guests to be respectful of the environment by using the available dog “relief” station and by scooping your dog’s waste. We provide bags for use.
Guests will be responsible for additional charges in the event additional cleaning is required and/or if damages are incurred.
Guests with Allergies
For our guests with allergies, we want to assure you that our guests staying with their pet will not affect your stay. We have taken every step necessary to ensure that all traces of their stay are removed and rooms systematically and thoroughly cleaned.
After each pet’s stay:

All bedding, including the duvet cover, duvet insert, pillows and blankets are removed, cleaned and replaced.
The mattress is checked and the mattress protector is cleaned or replaced.
The carpet is vacuumed and shampooed.
All drapes and upholstery is completely cleaned.
An air purifying machine is used to clean, disinfect and remove all odors.

DO YOU HAVE WORKOUT FACILITIES?

Bally’s Shreveport hotel guests may enjoy 24-hour access to our state-of-the-art fitness center located in LaSpa on the 3rd level of the hotel pavilion. Guestroom keycard required for access. Whether you opt for a rejuvenating treatment like a massage, facial, manicure/pedicure or just want to spend some time relaxing in the hot tub, sauna or steam room, you’ll leave the spa feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world. DOES BALLY’S SHREVEPORT HAVE A WEDDING CHAPEL?

DOES BALLY’S SHREVEPORT HAVE PARKING?

Yes, we have free self-parking in our covered parking garages.

WHAT DO THE ROOMS LOOK LIKE?

Newly renovated, each exudes sophistication and comfort with features like rich modern furniture and sleek plush carpeting, luxurious bedding, 42” flat screen televisions, refrigerators, iPod docking stations, spa-inspired marble bathrooms, and numerous other amenities. With pillow top mattresses on each of our beds and functional work spaces for business guests, our rooms are perfect for those looking to stay for both work and play. All of our accommodations in Shreveport are equipped with wireless Internet access.

DO THE ROOMS HAVE A BATHTUB OR SHOWER?

All rooms have a bathtub, and some feature both a tub and stand-alone shower.

DOES BALLY’S SHREVEPORT HAVE ON-SITE CAR RENTAL?

No, but we will be happy to assist you with your rental car needs at the hotel front desk.
