Guest Services
The Guest Service staff at the Eldorado can make your stay a vacation you will never
forget. We are skilled in booking tee times, dining reservations, transportation
requests, spa and salon appointments, sight-seeing tours, and answering your general
questions. Located on the first floor of the pavilion at the Bell Desk.
Hotel Policies
- The maximum number of people allowed in a room is four.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- There is a $15 extra person charge, per person for both the third and fourth guest.
- There are no room charges for children 12 and younger occupying the same room as
their parents.
- Rollaways and children's play pens may be available and should be requested
at the time of booking; fees may apply.
- Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in
for security deposit.
- All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
