Description:
The Table Games Dual Rate Pit Manager's responsibilities are split between the day to day operation of their assigned Pit, when acting as a Pit Manager, and supervision of their assigned section on days when assigned the function of the Floor Supervisor. Manages as many as 6 estimated subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 50 estimated employees in the Table Games Department when acting as a Pit manager. When acting as a Floor Supervisor, total number of subordinates is reduced to approximately 8. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Regardless of assigned function, the Dual Rate Pit Manager is always responsible for customer relations and game security.

Requirements:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or no less than three years related experience and/or training as a Floor Supervisor; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Knowledge of all games offered required. Louisiana Gaming License required.
