Description:
-Oversees the overall operation of the Surveillance Department. Hires, trains and manages the Surveillance Dept. in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Appraises employee performance, addresses complaints and resolves problems. Department is a 24/7 operating environment. Responsible for reporting violations of gaming regulations and Internal Controls to the appropriate company, city and state officials. Implements and maintains the regulations set forth by the gaming board as it relates to the CCTV system. Prepares and maintains the departmental budget. Must possess ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all levels of the organization. Reports directly to the General Manager. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:
Must be able to obtain a key La. Gaming License. College degree and four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
