Description:
Responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources function including Employee Relations, Benefits, Employment, Training, Licensing, Records and Reception. Responsible for creating and maintaining departmental budget. Is a member of the operating committee and participates in the creation and implementation of company policy and procedures. Works directly with the department directors to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally to all levels of the organization.
Has oversight responsibility for employee events, recognition programs and training activity.
Reports directly to the General Manager.
Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
Must be able to obtain a LA Gaming license.
College degree and 2-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common educational journals, financial reports and legal documents.
Ability to respond and interact with customers, regulatory agencies and members of the business community.
Able to obtain an ABO and LACT card.
Must be computer literate and experience with Microsoft products, Infinium and Kronos preferred.
