Meet Our Chefs — Nathan Strausser

Eldorado's Pastry Chef Nathan Strausser is as much an artist as he is a baker. Trained at some of the best schools in the country, including an AOS degree in Culinary Arts for the Culinary Institute of America, Strausser crafts his creations from scratch and decorates them with an eye for detail. His illustrious career has taken him from The Everglades Club in Palm Beach, FL, to The Northland Inn in Minneapolis, among other prominent positions. Strausser is proud to now call Eldorado his home, and we are thrilled to be able to offer our guests his incredible desserts, including cakes, cupcakes, pies, candy — if you can imagine it, Nathan can create it.
