Meet Our Chefs – Damon Erdman
Damon Erdman was born in Louisiana and raised in the “Chicagoland” area of Illinois. He decided to return to Louisiana to explore his culinary roots, where he has mastered southern cuisine with a northern fusion. After working at Horseshoe Casino in Bossier City, Damon moved to Eldorado, where he serves as the Sportsmans’ Paradise Café Room Chef. He is the proud father of one daughter, Leighann.
