Enjoy Classic Shreveport Casino War
Before a card is dealt in this battle of
cards, each player makes a Casino War wager, also known as an initial wager. Then, players
are dealt one card, and the dealer receives one card. Whoever has the higher card, dealer
or player, wins. Players are paid a rate of 1 to 1.
If the cards tie, then the player can declare "War," which means he or she must make
another bet equal to their initial wager, and the dealer must match the players
initial wager. The dealer "burns" three cards and deals a second card to the player,
then the dealer "burns" another set of cards and deals a card to himself. Whoever is
dealt the higher card wins and collects both the initial wager and the War wager. If
the War cards are again a tie, the player wins the "War", the money and a bonus equal
to the initial wager.
If a player chooses not to enter "War," he or she can opt to have half their initial
wager returned. Before the cards are dealt, a player can also make a "tie" wager, which
is paid 10 to 1 when the player and dealer are dealt equal cards. |
